Being Creative Limited are based in Redditch, Worcestershire, and have over 12 years experience supplying the event and entertainment industry and over 6 years consulting and supplying LED and Pixel display Products such as LED Pixel Curtains, LED Pixel Dancefloors and LED Video Wall Panels.
From hire of the latest LED Screens from our in house hire stock of 6mm Pitch and 4mm Pitch panels to sales and installation of any size pitch indoors or outdoors we are able to provide the full service from consultation to delivery.
Our consultation service ensures the correct product is chosen for your project, and comes within budget. With a multitude of options available and the large cost involved the decision can be very daunting. It is important the right choice is made early.
We have experience working in all aspects of the LED display industry and have a vast knowledge of products available.
Every screen and accessory sold and installed comes with a minimum 2 year full UK warranty (our control equipment comes with a 3 year warranty!) and spares for all of our screens are kept on the shelf here in the UK should they be required. When sourcing the best product for your needs we don’t just use one manufacturer. We have had enough experience to be able to pick the best products from the best tried and tested companies as in our experience a factory that makes the best outdoor displays does not necessarily make the best HD indoor panels.
Ongoing support
On going support is very important with any big investment and we understand the importance of a prompt response. As part of our continued support to clients after purchase we offer full, telephone and on line support and site visits and service contracts can be arranged.
We also offer a repair service for most LED screens and controllers, whether you purchased from us, or if you bought a screen direct. Our workshop features hot air solder stations and full anti-static precautions are adhered to at all times.
We offer full support with all our services including on line, and out of hours telephone support. Our support continues even after the warranty period expires. We can arrange service contracts if required.
